Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients:

Mauri Red Velvet Cake Mix 350g
Whole Eggs 210g
Vegetable Oil 105g
Water 105g

Baking Step:

  1. Beat all ingredients at slow speed for 1 min.
  2. Then mix at medium speed for 2 mins.
  3. Equally fill batter into two 7” round tin and bake at 170°C for about 40 – 45 mins.
