Mauri Voltex Fresh is an emulsifier free bread improver system incorporating advance baking enzymes to produce bread with maximum dough tolerance, excellent volume, improved crumb structure, crust color and crumb softness. It is versatile in wide range of applications and baker flours. Recommended dosage at 0.3% to 0.5% on flour weight.
