Baking Steps:

01. Using paddle, mix group 1 at slow speed for 1 minute.

02. Scrape down sides, and continue mixing at high speed for 7 minute.

03. Slowly add in eggs at slow speed for 1 minute.

04. Scrape bowl, change to high speed and mix for 7 mins.

05. Fill batter into 7″ baking tin (lined with grease-proof paper) or until approximately ¾ full.

06. Bake at 175 °C for about 45-55 mins.

07. Remove from oven and let it cool before serving.
